CleanerCleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts and staircases, and clearing rubbish from grounds (estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyards, garage forecourts, shed areas, washing line enclosures, service roads, footpaths, walkways, playgrounds, flower beds, shrubbery, and other communal parts as directed |
