Director

The FM Director's role is more corporate than operational. You must look at trends in the market and be an innovator when it comes to giving Pinnacle the edge. You will have the ability to network, win new business and drive the business. It's a given that you will deliver on promises as well as budgets.

Associate Director

Responsible for existing contracts within a region as well focussing on developing new business in that area, you will take overall responsibility for individual contracts and their performance. You will have experience of delivering against multiple budgets while ensuring consistently high levels of client/resident/user satisfaction.

Team leader

Team leaders are required both on cleaning, grounds maintenance and specialist teams. They lead the team, have additional responsibilities and generally can demonstrate good interpersonal skills aswell as having the technical skills in the particular service in which they work.

Grounds Maintenance Officer

"Maintenance of the grounds (grassed areas, flower beds, shrubbery etc.) of the estates in accordance with the specification. Assistance with planting programmes. Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager/Supervisor "

Contract Manager

To ensure the efficient delivery of a contract normally to the value of £500K per annum. Key responsibilities include fiscal control, day-to-day operations and client liaison ensuring maximum levels of client/customers/residents satisfaction and developing new business within the contract.

Area Manager

Working closely with your Business Manager, your role is to ensure that all teams are running to schedule and that all problems are dealt with as quickly as possible. You will also be responsible for checking work carried out by the Areas Supervisor

Arboriculturalist

To provide technical advice to clients on all aspects of tree maintenance as well as "hands on" tree surgery and felling work.

Groundsman

Maintenance of the grounds (grassed areas, flower beds, shrubbery etc.) of the estates in accordance with the specification. Assistance with planting programmes. Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager/Supervisor

Driver

Drivers are required on a variety of roles including mobile cleaning teams, grounds maintenance teams and specialist bulk collection teams.

Handyperson

To carry out handyperson and estate service duties as required including repairs within technical competence. Carry out duties to the highest standards taking into account service-users' health & safety. Duties include carpentry, plumbing, wet trades, glazing and electrical work to national standards.

Window cleaner

To carry out the cleaning of windows on a variety of contracts using predominantly a pole system up to 4 floors from a specially-adapted vehicle.

Specialist cleaner

To carry out more technical cleaning using a variety of specialist equipment such jet washers, buffing machines and carpet cleaning machines.

Cleaner

Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts and staircases, and clearing rubbish from grounds (estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyards, garage forecourts, shed areas, washing line enclosures, service roads, footpaths, walkways, playgrounds, flower beds, shrubbery, and other communal parts as directed
