Our Performance in Environmental Facilities Management
Pinnacle psg’s performance is measured both internally and by our clients.
Our performance in the environmental sector is measured in two ways:
- BVPI199 is the government’s own monitoring mechanism for street cleansing. Our target in all our contracts is to deliver a 5 per cent* rating as a minimum. At present we are delivering 3 per cent.
- Client rectifications - our clients use our Scrutinize system to raise rectification notices and monitor our response. Fly-tipping and localised litter are often the catalyst for the rectifications. We are currently responding to 100 per cent of rectifications within agreed timescales.
* BVPI199 is the standard by which cleanliness in streets and open spaces is scored. The lower the percentage score, the fewer areas have litter and/or detritus.
