Our Performance in Estates Facilities Management
Pinnacle psg’s performance is measured both internally and by our clients.
In our housing PFI contracts we are currently delivering 100% of services on time and to specification
In our traditional education contracts we use our internal performance monitoring techniques based on a Gold, Silver and Bronze scoring system.
- Gold = standards above specification
- Silver = standards as per specification
- Bronze = standards below specification.
Note - where bronze is awarded Pinnacle psg will guarantee to raise standards to silver prior to the next inspection.
Pinnacle psg currently provides 87% of services to the Gold and Silver standards.
