Our Performance in Educational Facilities Management
Pinnacle psg’s performance is measured both internally and by our clients.
In our schools PFI contracts we are currently delivering 98 per cent of services on time and to specification.
In our traditional education contracts we use our internal performance monitoring techniques based on a Gold, Silver and Bronze scoring system.
- Gold = standards above specification
- Silver = standards as per specification
- Bronze = standards below specification
Note - where Bronze is awarded, Pinnacle psg will guarantee to raise standards to Silver prior to the next inspection.
Pinnacle psg currently provides 86.5 per cent of services to the Gold and Silver standards.
