Pinnacle psg’s ground maintenance team in Walsall are making sure the area looks bloomin’ beautiful for next spring by working closely with the local community and school children to plant over 32,000 bulbs in Willenhall.
This initiative was organised by the New Invention Community Forum, a local community group, and was supported by the Local Neighbourhood Partnership and Walsall Housing Group. Primary school children from the New Invention Primary helped plant the bulbs with members from Pinnacle psg’s ground maintenance team. They covered an area of 1800 square metres, with results that will begin to show in February and March 2009.
Paul Habgood, Pinnacle psg’s Contract Manager for Walsall, said: “We were delighted to get involved in this worthwhile project which will help transform the area into a colourful and attractive place in spring. It will lift everyone’s spirits.
“This is another example of how Pinnacle psg works with communities across its contracts to support improvement initiatives which benefit local residents.”
Pinnacle psg’s grounds maintenance team works with Walsall Housing Group (whg) to deliver quality services to over 20,000 properties throughout Walsall. Pinnacle psg also provides estate cleaning services for the Group.
