Pinnacle psg cleans up

Pinnacle psg has begun a major cleaning and grounds maintenance contract for ASRA Greater London Housing Association’s estates in 20 London Boroughs and the Home Counties.

Pinnacle psg, one of the UK’s leading providers of facilities and housing management solutions, has worked with ASRA for the past three years, delivering cleaning and grounds maintenance services to half its London properties. This new contract doubles the existing contract.

Part of the LHA-ASRA housing and regeneration group, ASRA manages 2,500 homes across the south east.

Kiron Mahal, ASRA’s Head of Housing, said: “We went through an exhaustive procurement process and Pinnacle psg secured this contract by demonstrating value for money, good customer care and equality and diversity with regard to its operations and work force.”

“I now look forward to seeing delivery of the high quality services expected by our residents. We will work closely with Pinnacle psg and our residents in monitoring the contract, with the aim of confirming a partnering agreement and an option to enter into a three year contract.”
