Pinnacle FM was formed in 1999 as part of Pinnacle’s expansion from a provider of housing management services to a provider of community solutions. Playing a central role in the delivery of front line services to housing, education and environmental organisations we have quickly grown into a provider with contracts across the UK.

Our services are focused around high quality and value for money. Our drive is towards ensuring our public sector partners enhance service delivery to users. Our package of FM solutions is comprehensive and backed-up by well-trained and motivated staff.

Pinnacle has worked hard to break the mould - to make our services special. Facilities Management services such as cleaning are rarely seen in this way. Creating a special service is the essence of our approach.
