In central London, our experience means we can deal with the toughest inner-city estates while in Walsall and Trafford our customers are often in larger houses outside the city boundary.
Our service is based around our customers’ residents which means we will involve all stakeholders, monitor performance regularly, promise high levels of performance, be pro-active in dealing with local issues and respond quickly to incidents of anti-social behavior.
